The warranty obligations of Omega Fibre are limited to the terms set forth below and may change without notice at the sole discretion of Omega Fibre:
What is Covered
This limited warranty extends only to defects defined by Omega Fibre as a defect in it’s own view and any warranty claim outcome will be determined at the sole discretion of Omega Fibre .
What is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product, unauthorised tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorised by Omega Fibre to make such repairs.
Without limiting any other exclusion herein, Omega Fibre does not warrant that the product/s covered, including, without limitation, will not become obsolete or that such items are or will remain compatible with the product for which they are currently designed.
Warranty Costs
All costs related to the submission, processing , evaluation, transportation, freight, correspondence and/or any other costs deemed necessary by Omega Fibre will be for the claimants account and Omega Fibre will not be responsible for any costs which it has not agreed to in writing.
How Long this Coverage Lasts
The standard limited warranty for Omega Fibre products is six (6) months from the date of original purchase.
