Omega Fibre, a premier manufacturer of advanced composite components and Rally Bike equipment, is exited to introduce an all-new 1st Generation Rally Kit for the 2022 GAS GAS ES700. This next generation kit combines years of in-house research and development with advanced composite material technology in order to provide the user with a long-distance adventure/race machine that is both lightweight and durable,modelled off of the RFR 450 and previous Omega kits,this allows for a very versatile end product.
The various components of the 1st Generation GAS GAS ES700 Rally Kit featuring high-quality composite material construction that was utilized in the previous generations kits, as well as the new in-house FORGED carbon fibre.
Key design changes have resulted in a slightly reduced overall weight of 15.2 KG. The GAS GAS 700 Kit is based off of the best points from our Husqvarna 701 Gen 2 Kit as well as the KTM 690 Gen 4 providing the bike with a slim look as well as reducing the overall aerodynamic profile of the motorcycle.
The front tower includes the KTM RFR Rally Screen, stone guard, mask as well as rally spec, DOT approved high and low LED beams from HELLA.
The two 6.5L front tanks interlink both tanks with the OEM rear fuel tank; this design results in all 3 fuel tanks draining equally while the bike is in use which ensures unchanging, optimal weight distribution. A petcock placed between each fuel tank provides the rider with the option of choosing how to manage the motorcycle’s fuel supply. Standard exhaust routing is maintained thanks to a carefully designed and heat-insulated left side fuel tank. The 700 OEM fuel pump is relocated from its original position in the rear fuel tank to the forward right-hand side fuel tank.
• Tower is painted Satin Black with base kit and various options are available for exposed carbon
• Lower Bash-plate is included and also constructed from the same materials
• Base kit components all manufactured from Carbon fibre/kevlar but have been painted, should some of these components be specified by customer have the carbon fibre weave visible on the finish then there are additional costs on these components
• Kit parts are painted in single colour of customers choice, 2K automotive paint used
• If the kit is installed by us then there is an installation cost
