NAVIGATION TOWER AND FAIRING:
• Kit weight includes all part and element to make this a complete bolt on, plug n play set up =3.7kg (ex navigation equipment)
• Kit manufactured from a matrix of composite materials such as carbon fiber and carbon kevlar weaves.
• Front tower is manufactured from Carbon fiber and houses the high and low beam halogen lights.
• Tower is painted a satin black, unless specified in a visible carbon finish.
• Road book holder is included and the OEM dials are transferred to the Road book holder with an extension loom included in the kit.
• Clear screen as well as filler side fairings are included in the kit.
• Filler side fairing options are available to suit OEM or 15L Acerbis front tanks.
• Filler side fairings are made up of a Carbon kevlar weave,painted white unless different colour or carbon visible finish specified .
• Kit parts are painted in single color of customers choice, 2K automotive paint is used.
• Both standard high front fender or the lower fender can be used.
BASH PLATE:
• Bash plate consists of a carbon kevlar weave making it incredibly strong and incredibly light weight.
• Total weight with all hardware = 820g (excluding tools and water bladder)
• The bash plate incorporates a tool storage compartment.

• Water bashplate holding ?L of water should you require this option
• It is shaped in such a way as to deflect bush and rocks away from vital engine components as well as protecting the brake and shift levers.
• Kit parts are painted in single color of customers choice, 2K automotive paint is used.

REAR AUXILIARY TANK:
• Shaped to follow and flow with the original lines of the bike and mirroring the exhaust side cover creating a symmetrical back end to the bike.
• This creates ample leg support for the longer race stages as well as enabling an additional 7L of fuel to be added to the race set up.
• Fuel is gravity fed to to front tank via a billet machined front tank connector.
• The rear and front tank can be isolated from each other by closing the rear petcock.
• The tank is constructed of a carbon kevlar weave making it incredibly strong and incredibly light weight.Total weight with all hardware = 1.5kg
• Kit parts are painted in single color of customers choice, 2K automotive paint is used.
• All fittings, hoses, front tank fuel connector as well as installation hardware is included in the kit.
• The original airbox, airfilter as well as airbox cover is reused with the new side tank.
• Extras for the tank include a quick couple system as per OEM fuel line.

LOW FRONT FENDER:
• Low fender consists of a carbon kevlar weave making it incredibly strong and incredibly light weight.
• Total weight with all hardware = 800g
• Part is painted in single color of customers choice, 2K automotive paint is used.
• By using the low fender you allow more air to flow on the the radiator enabling more efficient cooling.

 

 

KTM 500/450

lightweight and versatile design

DESCRIPTION

The KTM 500 / 450 rally kit focuses on a lightweight and versatile design.

This making the 500 / 450 Rally kit practical and highly functional in nature.

Ergonomics plays a large part in the design of the kit to make the Enduro base bike into a comfortable long distance racer.

Usage of composite materials through out enables an extremely strong and durable product line, while maintaining its lightness.

 

The kit features a solid frame mounted tower with no drilling nor cutting and welding to the existing frame.

All electrical components are integrated into the Carbon fiber Navigation tower to optimize accessibility on the Rally bike.

Rally navigation equipment is isolated from the OEM wiring loom of the base bike to limit fault finding and ease wiring for added equipment needs.

The tower mounted integrated fuse box is easily accessible but tucked away in the tower out of harms way. 

 

The 500 / 450 Rally kit is focused and purpose built as a Full Rally package, with all elements designed and manufactured with Rally racing in mind. 

We wanted to make the kit a bit more versatile thus also being able to use the kit fitted to a 500 / 450 Enduro base as a more technical tourer with ample space for a GPS unit instead of a Rally Road book.

 Base kit components all manufactured from carbon kevlar but have been painted,should some of these components be specified by customer to have the carbon fiber weave visible on the finish then there are additional costs on these components.
